Senior Product Designer - Security & Risk Platform

Nisos, a human risk management company, is seeking a Principal Product Designer to own the end-to-end design strategy for the Ascend platform. You’ll lead 0→1 concepts and evolve existing surfaces across high‑stakes workflows, collaborating with product, engineering, and intelligence services.

Based in Belfast with a hybrid work model, you’ll engage with customers, build personas and journeys, and drive design quality across distributed teams while shaping multi‑version product evolution.
