THE COMPANY

A high-growth, Series A AI start-up is redefining how data is used in drug discovery; backed by leading investors and built by experts across biomedical science and data, they’ve developed a cutting-edge platform that uses AI and NLP to extract insight from millions of scientific documents. With ~30 people today and strong momentum, they’re now entering a key scaling phase: moving from data provision to insight generation.

THE ROLE

This is a pivotal Senior Product Manager role, reporting directly to the Chief Scientific Officer (acting Head of Product). In this role you will take ownership of product strategy and roadmap, helping evolve a strong technical platform into a commercially impactful product suite.

You’ll be:

• Defining and owning the product roadmap aligned to business goals
• Leading the shift from data platform → insight-driven product offering
• Driving go-to-market strategy for new features and product evolution
• Partnering across engineering, sales, and customer teams
• Mentoring 2 Product Managers and raising product maturity
• Embedding best practice across product, delivery, and discovery

This is both a hands-on & strategic role with real influence at leadership level.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Extensive B2B Product Management experience
• Proven ownership of product roadmap & strategy
• Experience scaling or evolving complex, technical products
• Strong commercial mindset: comfortable owning KPIs (ARR, growth, adoption)
• Go-to-market experience (launch, positioning, adoption)
• Experience working with engineering/data/AI teams
• Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous start-up environments
• Life sciences experience is a bonus, not essential. xwzovoh
