Senior Product Manager, Growth & Innovation (Global Portfolio)

Syensqo is seeking a Product Manager to oversee growth and profitability across the product portfolio from concept to lifecycle. The role requires cross-functional coordination with Commercial, Industrial, Procurement, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance and R&I to align with business goals.

The successful candidate will develop long-term strategy, lead NPI, manage margins and drive product optimization while balancing cost, quality and customer value.
