Senior Production Manager — Lean Manufacturing Leader (UK)

Raytheon UK is seeking a Senior Production Manager to lead production functions across Glenrothes and Livingston, ensuring safe, compliant and efficient output. You will oversee a team of Production Managers, drive lean practices and report against budgets and timelines.

Ideal candidates will have extensive leadership experience, strong SAP/MS Office skills, and a track record in mixed-mode manufacturing with ERP interfaces. A BPSS background check will be required.
