Senior Project Manager

Senior Project Manager – This is a great opportunity to join an Engineering Company specialising in the Electrical Engineering and Rotating Machinery sector. You will be responsible for the delivery of complex, high value engineering projects between £150K and £10million. You will be tasked with ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget in accordance with contractual, technical and quality requirements. Working throughout the full project life-cycle, you will face duties such as supporting business development and tendering activities, commissioning, final close-outs, working closely with customers/ suppliers/ subcontractors and internal stakeholders. Responsibilities: * Commercial and Business Development duties such as: identifying new business opportunities, prepare quotations and cost estimates, manage budgets/ forecasting/ profitability and managing changes in projects as required. * Lead the planning and delivery of high value engineering projects. * Define project scope, objectives, deliverables and success criteria. * Develop and maintain project execution plans. * Lead multi-disciplinary project teams whilst providing clear direction throughout project life-cycle. * Establish appropriate project governance, standards and reporting frameworks. * Identify project risks and opportunities. * Adhere to and promote all health and safety standards. * Condu...
