Senior Project Manager

We are currently recruiting on behalf of an established construction client for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will take responsibility for the successful delivery of a multi-million pound new build high school, working closely with the commercial, design and site teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on programme and to the required quality standards. As the Senior Project Manager, you will play a key role in the overall management and delivery of the project, providing leadership to the project team and working closely with the Project Quantity Surveyor to ensure strong commercial and operational performance. Key responsibilities will include: Working closely with the Project Quantity Surveyor to provide input into the financial reporting and forecasting of the project. Developing and managing the project’s main programme and ensuring progress is maintained against agreed targets. Ensuring all relevant health and safety requirements, including the Construction Phase Plan, are in place before works commence. Preparing and reviewing Method Statements, Risk Assessments and Safety Plans in accordance with CDM Regulations. Providing leadership, direction and support to employees throughout the project.
