Senior Project Manager £50,000-60,000 GBP Pension, Benefits Hybrid WORKING Location: Central London, Greater London - United Kingdom Type: Permanent Senior Project Manager Engineering & Technology Programmes Location: Stevenage / Hybrid Working Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + Benefits Package About the Role We're supporting a leading defence and engineering organisation as it continues to expand a strategically significant project delivery function supporting a diverse portfolio of complex technology programmes. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join a growing team responsible for driving successful delivery across multiple engineering and software-focused projects. You'll work with a broad range of stakeholders, gain exposure to technically challenging programmes and play a key role in delivering projects on time, on cost and on quality. What You'll Be Doing Managing the delivery of medium to large-scale projects across a varied programme portfolio. Working closely with engineering, commercial and technical teams to achieve delivery objectives. Driving project performance across cost, schedule, quality and risk management activities. Supporting bidding, estimating and planning activities for future work. Building strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple functions and locations. Helping ensure consistent application of project management standards and best practices. Supporting the successful delivery of a broad and technically complex portfolio of work. What We're Looking For Experience delivering projects or programmes within engineering, technology or defence environments. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience managing project schedules, budgets and risks. Exposure to bid management, estimating or commercial delivery activities. Strong business judgement and problem-solving capability. Ability to operate effectively across multi-disciplinary teams. A proactive approach and the confidence to work in evolving and complex environments. Why Join?
