Working across NHS Highland, our successful candidate will have opportunities to work across Community, Acute and Corporate services, supporting the delivery of portfolio programmes which include a variety of projects across all areas of our organisation to benefit our communities and staff.
The role will involve close working with members of Strategy & Transformation, operational and clinical stakeholders, and senior management.
Applicants should demonstrate proven experience of:
- Working within a project management structure, particularly within a healthcare setting.
- Practical thinking with attention to detail given whilst being able to work at pace and in line with project delivery timescales.
- Sourcing and analysing data to help inform of solutions and improvement opportunities.
- Supporting project teams, working with a wide range of stakeholders from varying parts of the organisation
This is an excellent opportunity to be at the heart of an evolving organisation that has already made significant steps on its improvement journey. Applicants must be able to cope well with a changing, dynamic environment within a diverse team.
