Senior / Project Quantity Surveyor | New Build Residential | Eastry, Kent | Permanent   I’m working with an established main contractor who are looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to take commercial responsibility for a new build residential development in Eastry, Kent.   This is a site-based position taking ownership of a live £20m scheme, working closely with the operational team through delivery and ultimately final account.   The Project £20m new build residential development 94 new homes Eastry, Kent Approximately 80-week programme Site-based position  The Role Commercial management of the project from procurement through to final account Procurement and management of subcontract packages CVRs, valuations, variations and cost reporting Managing subcontractor payments and accounts Working closely with the Project Manager and site team Reporting into senior commercial management  What they’re looking for Senior Quantity Surveyor with main contractor experience Strong new build residential background Comfortable commercially leading a £20m project Strong procurement, CVR and subcontract management experience Site-based and hands-on approach  The Business Established main contractor delivering residential and care developments across the UK Strong pipeline of secured new build projects Hands-on business with integrated development and construction capability Long-term opportunity within an expanding commercial team  Interested?
