Senior / Project Quantity Surveyor | Hertfordshire | Cladding Remediation | Permanent   I'm working with a specialist remediation contractor who are looking to strengthen their commercial team with both Quantity Surveyors and Senior Quantity Surveyors, supporting the delivery of major façade remediation and fire safety projects across London and the South East.   This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business with a strong pipeline of secured work, delivering projects from procurement through to final account.   The Role Commercial management of cladding remediation and façade replacement projects Procurement and management of subcontractor packages CVRs, valuations, forecasting and financial reporting Managing variations, change control and final accounts Working closely with operational teams, consultants and clients Supporting commercial delivery from pre-construction through to project completion  What they're looking for Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor background Experience delivering cladding remediation, façade, fire remediation or external envelope projects Main contractor or specialist subcontractor experience considered Strong commercial awareness and contractual understanding Confident managing subcontract packages and client relationships Proactive, delivery-focused approach  The Business Established specialist remediation contractor Strong pipeline of secured façade and fire remediation projects Long-term career progression within a growing commercial team Supportive, collaborative working environment with direct access to senior management  Interested?
