Senior / Project Quantity Surveyor | New Build Care Home | Witham, Essex | Permanent   I’m working with an established main contractor who are looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the delivery team on a new build care home development in Witham.   This is a site-based opportunity for an experienced QS who enjoys being close to project delivery, taking commercial ownership and working directly alongside the operational team.   The Role Commercial lead on a new build care home project Procurement and management of subcontract packages CVRs, valuations, variations and cost reporting Managing subcontractor payments and accounts Commercial management through to final account Working closely with the Project and Contracts Managers  What they’re looking for Senior Quantity Surveyor with main contractor experience Care home, residential or similar new build experience Strong procurement and package management capability Confident with CVRs, valuations and commercial reporting Site-based, proactive and comfortable taking ownership  The Business Established main contractor with a strong track record across care, residential and later-living developments Specialist experience delivering purpose-built care facilities Strong secured pipeline across the UK Integrated approach to development, construction and project delivery Opportunity to build a long-term career within a growing commercial team  Interested?
