Senior Property Manager | Hertfordshire | Full Time | £30,000£50,000 per annum Property Management Dept Responsible for co-ordinating and managing all services and communicating with clients and leaseholders in line with contracted management terms, and to run and maintain their property/development to the expected standards accordingly Preparing annual service charge budgets Insurance claims handling Inspection of sites to ensure the quality of services provided is satisfactory and to identify building repairs in line with health and safety issues.
