Line Manager: Divisional Head / Directors
The Role
Responsible for co-ordinating and managing all services and communicating with clients and leaseholders in line with contracted management terms, and to run and maintain their property/development to the expected standards accordingly
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Preparing annual service charge budgets
Insurance claims handling
Inspection of sites to ensure the quality of services provided is satisfactory and to identify building repairs in line with health and safety issues.
Health & Safety Compliance, BSR experience
Coordinate contractors
Liaise with other team members and departments
Building strong and proactive relationships with your clients
Respond to leasehold enquiries in an efficient manner
Attend external meetings as needed
Technical Skills:
Knowledge of property management principles and procedures
IRPM or TPI qualification would be advantageous
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathise with and understand customers needs
Working knowledge of property management software/systems
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Proficiency in Microsoft Word
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with BSR and Health & Safety compliance
