Key Duties:
- Managing day-to-day office operations
- Leading and motivating a property management team
- Ensuring compliance with current lettings legislation
- Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
Requirements:
- Previous lettings experience (senior level preferred)
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Knowledge of lettings legislation
- MARLA qualified preferred (training available)
- Full UK driving licence
