Senior Proposals Leader: Strategic Bid Management

WSP UK & Ireland is seeking a Senior Proposals Manager to lead and coordinate bid activities across the UK. You will guide bid strategy, assemble winning proposals and manage the bid team from capture through submission, while collaborating with cross-functional groups and senior stakeholders.

The role requires APMP Foundation or equivalent, degree-level qualification, and proven experience in engineering/construction bids, coupled with strong governance, writing and client-facing skills.
