Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor Based Essex CM12 0BZ Salary to £125k + Package An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established and growing construction business delivering prestigious mechanical and electrical projects. This role is ideal for a commercially driven professional with a proven track record in delivering high-end hotel and luxury residential developments, taking responsibility for projects from pre-construction through to final account. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the commercial aspects of M&E packages on high-value hotel and residential developments.
- Prepare cost plans, budgets, valuations, variations, and final accounts.
- Procure, negotiate, and manage subcontractor and supplier packages.
- Monitor project costs, cash flow, forecasts, and profitability.
- Identify and manage commercial risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Work closely with project managers, site teams, consultants, and clients to ensure successful project delivery.
