Where youll be working?


We help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance and manage demand for future generations. We enhance and extend asset life, ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards. Were problem solvers with over 140 years of combined experience in engineering and infrastructure.


This role will be within our MEICA and capital maintenance team.Our Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Control & Automation (MEICA) experts offer a one-stop solution, including ongoing operation and maintenance services.

What you'll be doing?


This role provides commercial leadership across cost and value performance, ensuring profit targets are achieved through effective reporting and change management. Responsibilities include managing cash flow, ensuring timely payments aligned to forecasts, and maintaining optimal WIP levels. The role oversees the preparation and presentation of monthly CVRs and profit and loss accounts, while managing subcontractor procurement, applications, and payments. It also monitors aged debt and drives process improvements to enhance performance. Additionally, the role manages Early Warning and Compensation Event processes and supports the development and performance of the wider commercial team.
What youll bring
  • BSc in Commercial Management / Quantity Surveying or other related subject is desirable but not essential if you can demonstrate relevant experience within our sector

To be an effective negotiator at both internal and client levels

The ability to communicate effectively and work with staff at all levels

Capability and desire to identify opportunities for improvement

Full driving licence as there will be an element of site based travel involved within the role
