Senior Surveyor Required – Main Contractor – NEW Regional Office – Chester Area The Company * Independent UK construction contractor focused on delivering new-build and refurbishment projects. * Established around a senior team with decades of industry experience, bringing significant Tier 1/main contracting knowledge into a more agile business. * The Northern expansion is an exciting stage of growth for the business, giving people joining the team the opportunity to become part of developing a new regional operation rather than simply joining an established branch. * Operates across Commercial, Education, Healthcare, Industrial, Industrial Refurbishment, Energy and Aviation. * Strong experience in industrial and logistics construction, including new-build warehouses, distribution facilities, industrial units, offices and associated external works. The Role Due to the company expansion and recently assigning a Regional Director they are looking for an established Surveyor to join their fast growing team to work between office (Chester) and site on tenders including Industrial, Commercial, Retail & Public Sector between £5 Million and £50 Million in value. This role is ready for somebody to step into and take the reigns and have full autonomy on, working alongside the recently appointed Regional Director.
