Senior Quantity Surveyor - Cost Control & Tendering Lead

Procast Group in Hamilton seeks a Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage costs across commercial, industrial, and residential projects from our Hamilton base. You will minimise cost and risk, ensure building regulations, prepare estimates, track variations, and report profitability.

You will work in office or on site, lead cost control, tender documents, and procurement strategy; collaborate with clients and subcontractors to deliver value while maintaining legal standards.
