Senior Quantity Surveyor - Data Centre- Northumberland

Falcon Green is partnering with a leading international principal contractor to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding commercial team, supporting the delivery of a major data centre development in Northumberland. Reporting directly to the Commercial Lead, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of a large-scale, mission-critical project, working closely with the project delivery, engineering, and supply chain teams. The data centre sector continues to be one of the fastest-growing areas within construction, driven by increasing demand for digital infrastructure and high-availability facilities. This opportunity provides an excellent platform for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to work on a technically complex project, managing significant M&E packages and contributing to the successful delivery of a world-class data centre campus. The contractor has secured a strong pipeline of data centre and critical infrastructure projects across the UK, working with some of the industry’s most recognised clients.
