Senior Quantity Surveyor - Freelance - OUTSIDE IR35

SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR // IMMINGHAM DOCKS // ROADS & STRUCTURES // OUTSIDE IR35 We are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a busy civil engineering team, with one of our top clients on their project in Immingham Docks. You'll be overseeing the commercial management of project from inception through to final account. The role involves cost control, subcontractor management, valuations, contract administration, change management, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Candidates should have strong NEC contract knowledge, excellent commercial awareness, and previous experience delivering civil engineering, infrastructure, highways, utilities, or water projects.
