Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor | Residential Regeneration | South East London | Up to £450/day | Immediate Start   I'm working with an established residential contractor who is looking to appoint a Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor to support the completion of a major London regeneration scheme before moving onto the next phase of works.   This is an excellent opportunity to join a long-term, secured regeneration programme delivering high-quality mixed-tenure housing and community infrastructure across multiple phases.   The Role Senior Quantity Surveyor supporting the final four months of a live residential phase Closing subcontract accounts and driving final accounts to completion Procuring subcontract packages for the next phase of the development Reporting directly to the Managing Quantity Surveyor Opportunity to transition straight onto the next phase of the programme  The Project £300m regeneration programme 800 new mixed-tenure homes across the current phases Mix of 1–4 bedroom apartments and houses Traditional build residential development Public realm, landscaped communal spaces and community infrastructure Current phase due to complete in approximately 4 months, before progressing onto the next phase of works  What they're looking for Senior Quantity Surveyor with Residential or mixed-use experience Strong final account and subcontract package management experience Comfortable procuring packages and supporting project mobilisation Able to hit the ground running on a live scheme  The Business Established residential regeneration specialist with a strong reputation for delivering complex partnership housing projects Long-term secured workload across London and the South East Strong focus on quality, sustainability and community-led regeneration Excellent opportunity to join a flagship regeneration programme with future phases already secured  Package Up to £450/day Long-term freelance opportunity Immediate start available  Interested?
