With a busy pipeline of work across Norfolk they are looking to grow their Commercial team due to new projects secured and a healthy tender pipeline. The business is a long standing main contractor with a proven track record in the local area. The business works across the Heritage, Mixed-Use, Private Residential, Commercial and Healthcare sectors. The successful candidate will be joining the business to lead the commercial function of their groundworks team working on projects from early tender stages and pre-construction through to project completion. With a clear structure and programme in place for their employees personal development, this role is a very good opportunity for a surveyor to have a clear pathway to commercial leadership.
