Senior Quantity Surveyor Super-Prime Residential Experience Essential London & Home Counties About the Role Our client is a highly respected main contractor specialising in the delivery of super-prime residential projects across London and the Home Counties. With a reputation for exceptional craftsmanship, meticulous attention to detail and the successful delivery of complex high-end refurbishments, extensions, basements, bespoke interiors and new-build homes, they are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor with proven super-prime residential experience to take ownership of prestigious projects from pre-construction through to final account. Key Responsibilities Full commercial management of super-prime residential projects. Contract administration and risk management. Procurement of subcontractors and suppliers. Cost planning, budgeting and forecasting. Management of variations, valuations and final accounts. Client and consultant liaison throughout the project lifecycle. Monitoring project financial performance and reporting to senior management. Requirements Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor. Must have super-prime residential construction experience. Strong understanding of JCT contracts. Ability to manage high-value, complex residential schemes. Excellent commercial awareness and negotiation skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. Package Competitive salary. Performance-related bonus.
