Senior Quantity Surveyor | Hybrid, APC Support, Edinburgh

TED Recruitment Ltd is working with an established PQS practice in Edinburgh seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor/Cost Manager. The role offers progression as the new Edinburgh office grows and promotes ambitious QS candidates.

You will handle pre- and post-contract work on projects up to £120m, with strong emphasis on client liaison and cost management. Candidates should have four years+ post-graduate experience, UK QS degree, and be or on track to be chartered with RICS; APC support is provided.
