Senior Quantity Surveyor – Hybrid (Edinburgh) with APC/RICS Support

TED RECRUITMENT is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager in Edinburgh to join a growing PQS firm delivering projects across residential, leisure, industrial warehousing, offices and education. The role requires a UK-qualified QS with at least four years of post-graduation experience, including pre- and post-contract work, and strong communication skills.

JCT knowledge is essential; NEC knowledge is a plus. Salary negotiable.
