Senior Quantity Surveyor - Infrastructure

Cheltenham | Up to £65,000 + Benefits | Hybrid Working I'm currently working with a leading infrastructure consultancy that is looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its growing team in Cheltenham. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking to step into a senior role or an established Senior Quantity Surveyor seeking greater project variety. You'll work across a diverse portfolio of projects within Highways, Rail, Water, Utilities and Major Infrastructure. Unlike many positions that focus on a single framework or client, this role offers exposure to major national infrastructure programmes alongside regional transport and local authority projects. With a strong pipeline of work across the South West and wider UK, it's an exciting time to join the business. The Role You'll lead the delivery of pre and post-contract commercial services across multiple infrastructure projects, managing client relationships and supporting junior members of the commercial team. Responsibilities include: Cost planning and commercial management NEC3 & NEC4 contract administration Managing compensation events and change control Commercial reporting and forecasting Procurement support Valuations and payment assessments Client and stakeholder management Mentoring junior Quantity Surveyors Supporting projects from inception through to completion What We're Looking For Previous Senior Quantity Surveying experience within Infrastructure Strong NEC3 or NEC4 contract knowledge Consultancy, contractor or client-side experience Excellent commercial awareness Strong communication and leadership skills Experience across Highways, Rail, Water, Utilities or Major Infrastructure What's on Offer?
