Senior Quantity Surveyor

Role: Senior Quantity Surveyor Rate: £450–£500/Day Umbrella PAYE (DOE) Location: Hybrid Length of Contract: 6 months initially Working Pattern: 5 days per week Want to take commercial responsibility for a major energy infrastructure programme while working closely with the client and wider project delivery team? Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial management of a major infrastructure client. This is a hybrid position with responsibility across commercial reporting, forecasting, change management and subcontract procurement. Job Role As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will take responsibility for the commercial management of the project, acting as a key point of contact with the client across all commercial matters. You will manage AFP's, change, forecasting and end-of-life financial forecasts, alongside month-end reporting. You will also support subcontract procurement and management, as well as the procurement of materials and plant.
