The Role As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll take commercial responsibility for a range of fire protection projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, profitably and in line with contractual requirements. Responsibilities * Full commercial management of multiple projects * Cost planning, forecasting and reporting * Managing valuations, variations and final accounts * Administering NEC and JCT contracts * Procurement and management of subcontractors * Identifying and managing commercial risk * Producing commercial reports for senior management * Supporting tenders and client relationships * Mentoring junior commercial staff Requirements * Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar * ...
