The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role The Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a respected construction consultancy based in London, working as part of an experienced Quantity Surveying team delivering cost management services across a broad range of projects. Schemes are varied and include residential, commercial, mixed-use and public sector developments throughout London and the South East. Day to day, the Senior Quantity Surveyor will take ownership of projects from inception through to completion, providing both pre and post-contract services while maintaining strong client relationships. The role also offers the opportunity to support and mentor junior surveyors, contribute to business growth and play a key role in the successful delivery of high-quality projects. You must have prior construction consultancy experience to be considered for this role.
