Senior Quantity Surveyor (Infrastructure) Salary: to £95k + package Based: London (NW1) An experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor is required for a major flagship infrastructure project! You will be joining a high-performing commercial team, taking ownership of a major design package within a fast-paced environment, managing cost, risk and change across a design-led programme. Reporting into the Lead Commercial Manager, the role offers excellent long term career prospects backed with a rewarding working environment Key Responsibilities: Oversee high-value packages under NEC3/NEC4 contracts

Manage compensation events, early warnings, and change control processes
Provide robust cost forecasting, risk management, and reporting
Challenge and influence project teams, consultants, and subcontractors
Review programme impacts and ensure commercial positions are protected
Support and mentor junior commercial xwzovoh team members
The Suitable Applicant will have the following experience: Strong NEC contract experience
Proven track record managing complex, high-change projects
Have confidence in your ability and be able to influence at all levels
Experience working on design or design & build environments
