Senior Quantity Surveyor

Carmichael UK is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a major contractor working on the HS2 project in Northamptonshire. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key commercial role on one of the most prestigious infrastructure programmes in Europe. Key Responsibilities: Commercial management of major civil engineering packages Subcontractor procurement, administration and management Measurement, valuations and variations Cost forecasting and reporting Risk and opportunity management Supporting project delivery teams to maximise commercial performance Requirements: Experience working as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within civil engineering or infrastructure projects Strong knowledge of NEC contracts Background working for Tier 1 contractors preferred Experience on major highways, rail, utilities or infrastructure projects Excellent stakeholder management and commercial reporting skills Full right to work in the UK If you are interested in pursuing this opportunity, then kindly lodge your CV here now
