Senior Quantity Surveyor Location: Oxford (Hybrid) Rate: £550 - £600 per day Contract: Freelance IR35: Inside IR35 We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on a major civils project based in Oxford. This is a freelance opportunity offering £550 - £600 per day, with hybrid working available. Key Responsibilities: Commercial management of a major civils project Cost management, forecasting and reporting Subcontract management and procurement Valuations and payment applications Change and variations management Contract administration Working with NEC contracts Supporting the wider commercial team Requirements: Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor Strong civils/construction background NEC contract experience Strong commercial and contractual knowledge Experience managing subcontractors and commercial packages Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills The Opportunity: £550 - £600 per day Inside IR35 Freelance contract Hybrid working Oxford-based project Immediate/near-term start available If you're an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with a strong civils background and are interested in a new freelance opportunity, please apply with your latest CV.
