This is an excellent opportunity for an established Senior QS looking to work within a supportive, forward-thinking business delivering a range of civil engineering and infrastructure projects across Yorkshire and the surrounding regions. You'll play a key role in the commercial management of projects from pre-construction through to final account, working closely with operational teams to ensure successful project delivery and commercial performance. The Role - Full commercial management of civil engineering projects - Administration of NEC contracts option B/C - Cost reporting, forecasting and CVRs - Procurement and subcontract management - Variations, valuations and final accounts - Risk and opportunity management - Client liaison and stakeholder management - Supporting and mentoring junior commercial staff where required About You - Previous experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within civil engineering or infrastructure - Strong knowledge of NEC contracts - Commercially astute with excellent negotiation skills - Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Full UK Driving Licence ✔ Long-term career progression with a main contractor If you're an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor looking for your next challenge with a business that genuinely values its people, I'd love to hear from you.
