Senior Quantity Surveyor

Senior Quantity Surveyor (MEP) Certain Advantage are hiring for a Senior Quantity Surveyor based in Edinburgh on a permanent basis. MEP experience within data centre projects is strongly preferred. Your responsibilities: Take ownership of pre- and post-contract services across multiple projects Provide expert commercial and financial guidance to clients Prepare Bills of Quantities (BoQs), tender documentation, and feasibility studies Oversee procurement, contract administration, valuations, and payments Maximise cost efficiency and project profitability Manage claims, resolve disputes, and support successful outcomes Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellence and grow the business  Does this sound like your next career move?
