Senior Quantity Surveyor

A multi-dimensional national Construction Consultancy are seeking a determined Senior Quantity Surveyor with project management responsibilities to join their Birmingham office. The Senior Quantity Surveyor role The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will run projects from inception to completion, whilst also delegating pre and post contract work to junior quantity surveyors in the team. The new Senior Quantity Surveyor will be working across a diverse portfolio of projects from a wide range of sectors. Some of these include; residential, commercial, education, health and sport. The Senior Quantity Surveyor Preferably MRICS Experience of acting as an Employers Agent Residential project experience would be beneficial At least 4 years' experience at a PQS consultancy Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or RICS accreditedIn Return? £50,000 - £60,000 Car allowance Hybrid working Birthday off!
