Senior Quantity Surveyor

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will play a pivotal role in delivering a diverse portfolio of projects across residential, commercial, mixed-use and industrial (warehouse/sheds) sectors. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will take ownership of projects from inception through to completion, providing both pre and post-contract services. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing project costs, ensuring financial efficiency, and maintaining strong client relationships. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be heavily involved in cost planning, procurement strategy, tendering, and contract administration. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will also oversee valuations, variations, and final accounts, ensuring projects are delivered within budget. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will collaborate closely with clients, contractors, and design teams, acting as a key commercial advisor.
