Senior Quantity Surveyor - Water Sector

Elvet Recruitment have been appointed to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading Civil Engineering Contractor based in the North East The company have been trading for over 40 years and as a result of significant growth are now recruiting an additional Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor to join an already established team. The company has experience working in many different sectors including water, highways and infrastructure, coastal and flood prevention, bridges, car parks and public realm. The company offer a Quantity Surveyor the opportunity to have responsibility for projects specifically in the Water sector, ensuring that the measurement, valuation and cash flow on assigned projects are managed effectively. Candidates should possess * Minimum of a relevant Degree or equivalent experience * Experience of working on Frameworks within the relevant sector or as specific to project with NEC Target Costs Contracts, Design and Construct Schemes, and Water Industry schemes * Experience of Microsoft and office IT packages * An understanding of project planning On offer is an attractive salary (up to £70,000) plus An attractive salary plus company car/allowance, fuel, 28 days holiday, pension, healthcare & bonus scheme.
