Senior Quantity Surveyor

Lead commercial management across multiple projects Produce accurate cost reports, forecasts and commercial advice Manage your own projects independently Oversee procurement, subcontractor management and change control Support 2-stage tenders and framework schemes Work closely with project teams to ensure commercial targets are met Build strong relationships with clients, consultants and internal teams What Were Looking For
Tier 1 main contractor experience
(essential) DfE project experience
on schemes (essential) Strong background managing your own projects Experience with 2-stage procurement Good understanding of construction methods and sequencing HNC/Degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management RICS membership (or working towards) is beneficial Strong communication and negotiation skills Whats on Offer
