Senior Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale subcontract packages, including significant groundworks and steel envelope projects.
• Ensure meticulous administration of civil works components within the construction phase.
• Utilise your expertise in NEC3 Option A contracts to oversee project commercial aspects.
• Leverage your experience with CEAR software to maintain accurate and efficient subcontract documentation.

Qualifications

• Proven track record managing high-value subcontracts within the construction or civil engineering sectors.
• In-depth knowledge of NEC3 Option A contract administration.
• Experience using the CEAR software package is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Project Details

• Location: Westhill, Aberdeen (with a hybrid model: 3 days office/2 days home).
• Rate: £500-£550 per day (Umbrella/Inside IR35).
• Duration: Immediate start until 31/12/2026.
