A growing multidisciplinary consultancy is looking for an ambitious MRICS Quantity Surveyor to help shape its expanding cost consultancy service. Lead projects from feasibility through to final account • Manage valuations, change control, reporting and commercial risk • Collaborate with Building Surveyors, Project Managers and designers MRICS qualified with a Quantity Surveying degree or equivalent • Strong consultancy experience across pre and post-contract services • Commercially aware and able to manage multiple projects • Full UK driving licence preferred 60,000 to £75,000, depending on experience • Performance-related bonus • Generous annual leave • CPD, training and educational support • Modern Glasgow city-centre office • Help shape the future of a growing QS team • Work across a varied UK project portfolio •
