Senior Real Estate Counsel — Residential Dev & Leases

JMC Legal Recruitment is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel or Legal Counsel to join our client, a UK arm of an international property developer, in Battersea, London. The role is in-office and covers residential and mixed-use development work, leasing, planning, and construction, with responsibility for commercial contracts and risk management.

You will draft and negotiate leases and sale agreements, conduct due diligence, advise on disputes, manage external firms, and report to Group GC.
