Youll manage a varied client portfolio, place candidates across industrial, commercial and engineering roles, and drive consistent business development to grow a profitable desk.

Selling, developing, and expanding business across the local market.
Building long-term partnerships with new and existing clients.
Running the full recruitment cycle from lead generation to placement.
Sourcing, screening, and matching candidates across multiple sectors.
Maintaining consistent business development activity.
Delivering a high-quality, service-led experience to clients and candidates.
Working collaboratively with colleagues to support wider business performance.
What Youll Need A strong commercial mindset and the drive to exceed targets Confidence, resilience and the ability to influence decision-makers Excellent communication and relationship-building skills A proactive approach to business development Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-demand environment Recruitment experience.
