We're looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to take over an established, income-generating desk - full of live client relationships and existing business - backed by a dedicated resourcing and compliance team so you can focus on what you do best: sales and relationship-building. The Role This is a 180 role on a hot desk - an existing patch with live client relationships, recurring bookings, and warm business already in place. You'll take over and grow this book from day one, rather than build one from scratch, while a team of resourcers supports you on candidate delivery. You'll: Take ownership of an established client base across an assigned patch in London and the Home Counties, maintaining and expanding those relationships Fill temporary, long-term, and permanent positions across teaching and support staff Identify and convert further opportunities within existing accounts, alongside ne...
