As a Lead Practitioner, you'll help shape the daily experiences of children and young people while providing leadership and guidance to your team. From planning meaningful activities to supporting important life decisions, you'll play a key role in helping young people build confidence, develop skills and achieve positive outcomes.
What you will do
- Take responsibility for coordinating and leading shifts
- Support children and young people to achieve their goals and aspirations
- Develop, implement and review care plans and assessments
- Make confident decisions and respond effectively to changing situations
- Mentor and support colleagues in delivering high-quality care
- Plan creative, engaging and meaningful opportunities that promote learning, wellbeing and enjoyment
- Build strong partnerships with families, schools and professionals
