Senior Residential Support Worker Children's Residential Home (EBD) Are you an experienced Senior Residential Support Worker looking for your next opportunity? We're recruiting for a Senior Residential Support Worker to join a 2-bed children's residential home in Tewkesbury supporting children and young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).

About the Role Lead shifts, support the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager, mentor Residential Support Workers and deliver high-quality therapeutic care in a safe and nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities Lead shifts and support the day-to-day running of the home.
Deliver child-centred care.
Support children with EBD and complex needs.
Promote positive behaviour.
Act as a Key Worker.
Complete care records, risk assessments and incident reports.
Administer medication.
Mentor team members.
Liaise with professionals.
Ensure compliance with Ofsted and safeguarding requirements.
Essential Requirements Minimum 6 months' experience supporting vulnerable children and young people within a children's residential setting.
Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or working towards).
Experience supporting children with EBD or complex needs.
Full UK Driving Licence (essential).
Flexible to work days, evenings, weekends and sleep-ins.
