- £39,755 per annum (inclusive of sleep-ins) Full-Time | Permanent | 2 on, 4 off Rota Our client is a well-established residential childcare provider with an excellent reputation across the region.

Operating multiple children's homes, supported accommodation services and specialist training settings, they have a strong track record of delivering high-quality care and investing in their staff.

They are now expanding their services with the opening of a brand-new children's home in Wallasey (CH44) and are looking for experienced Senior Residential Children's Support Workers to join the team from the outset.

- £39,755 per annum (inclusive of sleep-ins), depending on experience and qualifications Permanent, full-time position 2 on, 4 off rolling rota, including sleep-ins Comprehensive induction and ongoing training Excellent career progression opportunities across a growing organisation Supportive leadership and experienced management The opportunity to help shape a brand-new home backed by an experienced provider The Role As a Senior Residential Children's Support Worker, you will: Support children and young people in a safe, nurturing and therapeutic environment.

Lead shifts and provide guidance and support to other team members.

Promote positive outcomes and encourage independence.

Maintain accurate records and contribute to care planning.

Safeguard and promote the welfare of children and young people at all times.

Essential Requirements Previous experience within residential children's care.

Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People's Workforce (or equivalent).

Full UK driving licence (essential).

Flexibility to work long shifts, including sleep-ins.

A genuine commitment to achieving positive outcomes for children and young people.
