An opportunity to combine career progression with an exceptional quality of life A leading Bermuda law firm is seeking a senior litigation lawyer at Counsel / Junior Partner level to join and help grow its Dispute Resolution practice. The ideal Senior Restructuring & Insolvency Litigation Lawyer will have: Significant experience in contentious litigation and restructuring & insolvency matters; Strong court advocacy skills and experience handling complex, high value disputes; Experience managing matters independently, including leading files and advising clients through challenging commercial situations; Previous experience within an island or offshore jurisdiction (ideally Bermuda, Cayman, Jersey, Guernsey, BVI or similar); A strong commercial approach, excellent client relationship skills and the ability to develop trusted professional relationships; This is not simply a relocation opportunity.
