Senior Retrofit Commercial Manager - £80k + Car

Build Recruitment Limited is recruiting a Commercial Manager for a Retrofit division based in Cardiff, Wales. You will lead commercial strategy, financial control, and contract management for projects with a £30 million turnover, reporting to the Commercial Director.

You will oversee budgets, procurement, and risk management across multiple retrofit and decarbonisation programs, driving profitability and strong stakeholder relations within a growing social housing contractor.
