Senior Reward Strategist — Pay, Grading & Data

Hays Specialist Recruitment is seeking a Reward Specialist for a 12-month FTC with a large public sector organisation in Cardiff. You will shape and deliver a modern, fair, and data-led reward framework, leading pay and grading reviews, job evaluation, reward analytics and equality reporting.

You will collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive organisational change and ensure competitive, evidence-based reward practices across the organisation.
